Constructivity software gives you visibility and control over digital building models and contract documents. For building information to be enforceable by law, it needs to be provided in a well-recognized documented format. For digital building models, that format is ISO 16739, Industry Foundation Classes (IFC), which is supported by all major software in the architecture/engineering/construction industry. While many apps support parts of IFC, Constructivity provides visibility and graphical editing capability for 100% of IFC building models - unprecedented in the industry.

Models may be hosted at constructivity.com or at your company's website, complete with interactive graphics, animations, schedules, and relevant links.

Constructivity engineers have taken leadership roles in developing the dominant building information standards in use today in the U.S. and worldwide. While such standards require technical expertise and domain knowledge, such specifications by themselves are not worth much if nobody uses them. Over the past 10 years, Constructivity has built relationships with construction industry leaders, software companies, and government agencies to make things happen. Standards co-authored by Constructivity engineers are in use by over 150 software applications.
